Standard goods

Unopened, unused items from a replenishment program may be eligible for return within fourteen days of delivery with a return authorization. Buyer pays return freight unless the error was ours.

Custom & finished pieces

Foil, emboss, letterpress, and other made-to-order work is non-returnable except for verified production defects against the approved proof.

Quality issues

Email photos, order reference, and a short description within forty-eight hours of delivery. We will advise whether to keep, stage for pickup, or return under RA.

Remedies

Confirmed studio errors are typically resolved by reprint, replacement, or credit. Color opinions after an approved proof are not automatic reprint grounds.
